A "healthy diet" doesn't mean that effectively losing weight naturally and permanently means you're going to be stuck with eating only a few types of bland tasting foods. This is just another one of those areas of misinformation and plenty of misleading down-right lies.
There is in fact a huge variety of very wholesome and tasty foods (some of which will pleasantly surprise you) that we've been eating for hundreds of thousands of years without our population battling with the very contemporary modern scourge of being over-weight.
The tasteless nature of some of the supposed healthy weight-reducing diets is commonly the biggest reason why plenty of people give up and fail to lose their unwelcome flab.
Discounting the possibility that you may have a medical condition or some type of allergic reaction preventing you eating them, then here's just a small number of of the foods that will only ever prove beneficial to your health and your goal of reducing your waist line;
Eggs;
The whole egg is not bad for you - yes that includes the yolk. That's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The whole egg has essential health supporting nutrients and fills you more rapidly than a lot of other foods which is critical for successful appetite control.
Eggs are an incredibly important source of strength and energy providing protein and most definitely should not be over-looked and left out of your diet.
Nuts;
Nuts, the raw kind, not those coated in sugary confectionary or masses of salt have been one more much-maligned food that are actually a natural source of life sustaining nutrients and 'healthy' fats.
They're a real rich source of protien and make for a very convenient in-between-meal-snack. Walnuts and almonds are a particular favorite of mine and are especially known for their very beneficial nutrients and fats.
Fruit;
Just about every fruit can have a beneficial effect for your health - just remember that they contain fructose, a natural sugar found in all fruit so don't go eating pounds of it every day. They are however, generally low in calories and high in body de-toxing fibre and other nutrients.
The most significant type of fruit though is the berry type. Most especially the likes of cranberries and blueberries with their stunning anti-oxidizing properties and high energy-giving complex carb' content.
In all honesty there's no food that actually directly burns fat, what these foods will do though is assist your fat-destroying efforts by making sure you get important nutrients into your system while you keep your calorie intake to a minimum.
In summary; there are more tasty wholesome foods you can eat that you've previously been led to believe which makes it much easier than you thought possible to be able get yourself into great shape and stay that way. Simply focus, set your targets and stick to them.
Natural, speedy, and permanent weight-loss isn't and has never been about overly complicated dieting systems and/or poisonous diet pills - it's all about simplicity, a bit of will-power and some genuine tried and tested weight-loss knowledge.
