This particular method for quitting the health-destroying, addictive habit of smoking - 'Cold Turkey' - is by far the foremost effective method to use if you want to kick the habit completely and permanently.

With that being said though, it generally proves to be very much easier said than done - as all those who have tried and failed will unhappily tell you!
